Web Site Purchasing For Goods In Stock
Your order will normally be dispatched as soon as your Visa/Mastercard/PayPal payment has been authorised, or your cheque has cleared. Allow
7 days for cheques to clear. If your item is not in stock, you will be e-mailed with the option to either wait until stock arrives or to cancel. A contract will only exist between yourself and Kim Webber Guitars once your order and remittance has been received, accepted by Kim Webber
Guitars, and the goods dispatched and confirmed by e-mail or post.
Guitars Made To Special Order
Construction will only commence once a non-refundable deposit of 50% has been received and cleared. balance is payable upon completion. Payments can be by personal cheque, cash or credit card/debit card by PayPal. Guitars made to special order cannot be ordered through this web site, but by contacting Kim Webber using email, phone call or personal visit. These special orders are not subject to the distance selling regulations. Once payment has been received, cleared, your order will be confirmed in writing or by email. At that time, a contract exists, and your order cannot be cancelled.
Returns Policy for Stock Goods Ordered Through the Web Site
Any goods not required or ordered in error can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in exactly the same condition as at dispatch. A full refund will be given, less postage & packaging charges for unwanted goods. Costs for returning unwanted items are the customer’s responsibility. Defective items or items sent in error will be subject to either a full refund or replacement at our cost. NOTE: Items returned as being faulty that are subsequently found to be fit for purpose will not be refunded. To return a defective item, please e-mail or phone Kim Webber Guitars beforehand, giving a full explanation of the defect. Please include a note with your address, and please pack it securely. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge within the guarantee period.
Remittance Terms
UK bank cheque, eurocheque, and secure on-line E-payment by PayPal (which uses Visa/Delta/Electron/Mastercard/Eurocard/Discover/American
Express/Switch/Solo cards).
Guarantee
Kim Webber Guitars guarantees the guitar against defects for 12 months. In the unlikely event a guitar develops a defect, please contact Kim Webber immediately in order the problem can be corrected free of charge.
Note that wood is susceptible to changes in temperature and humidity, and damage or faults that occur due to an instrument being subjected to unfavourable climatic conditions cannot be accepted under this guarantee.
Accidental or malicious damage are not covered by this guarantee.
Delivery
If you wish to have your guitar delivered, then the cost of a hard case and courier delivery charge will be added to the total. Collection in person is welcomed, in which case there is no delivery charge, and a hard case is a recommended optional extra.
Transit Damage
Please report any damage caused during initial delivery transit IMMEDIATELY to Kim Webber by phone. (Tel: 07714 732 255), or in writing by recorded delivery.
Privacy Policy
Kim Webber Guitars do not disclose customer’s information to third parties. We do not keep information longer than is necessary. We will not send you unsolicited emails.
